With over 20 years of dedicated experience in the care home sector, Julie brings compassionate leadership and deep industry knowledge to everything we do. Her expertise in mental health care and commitment to resident wellbeing are at the heart of our mission.

Julie works closely with local authorities and Adult Social Care teams to ensure our care provision is inclusive, responsive, and rooted in best practice. Her previous role as Director of a Housing Association adds a valuable dimension to her work—providing a rare depth of understanding when it comes to the intersection of housing, care, and community needs.

Approachable, insightful, and devoted to high standards, Julie leads with both heart and vision—making our home not just a place to live, but a place to belong. 

Debs brings over a decade of committed leadership in the care home sector, blending practical expertise with heartfelt dedication. With a strong grasp of CQC regulations, she ensures that every aspect of our home meets the highest standards of safety, dignity, and compassion.

Her previous work as a Housing Association Manager gives her a nuanced understanding of accommodation and support needs—making her especially adept at bridging housing and care provision. Debs works in close partnership with local authorities and Adult Social Care services to advocate for personalised care that truly reflects each resident’s needs.

Not only is Debs a qualified teacher with experience in engaging and supporting teenagers, she’s also passionate about fostering intergenerational understanding. Her insights into education bring a valuable perspective to care planning, especially when involving younger volunteers or coordinating outreach programs.

Beyond her formal roles, Debs is known for her empathy, energy, and ability to connect with everyone—from residents and families to local partners and staff. She leads with warmth, integrity, and an unfailing commitment to making our care home feel like family.

Aden is a chartered accountant with accreditations from both ACCA and ICAEW, bringing over a decade of experience in accounting, finance, and audit. His deep financial expertise strengthens our operational backbone and supports the long-term sustainability of our care services.

In his role, Aden oversees our group accounting and finance duties, ensuring that budgets, reporting, and regulatory compliance run seamlessly. His strategic leadership of the finance team plays a key part in driving responsible growth and unlocking new opportunities for development.

With a sharp eye for detail and a forward-thinking approach, Aden has been instrumental in aligning financial planning with our organisation’s values—prioritising transparency, accountability, and care.
