Oaklands House is a spacious community based residential home for people who are diagnosed with mental health problems and are over the age of 18 years. We provide 24 hour care and has a wide range of equipment and facilities to assist people with their care needs.
We care for any associated mental health issues or complex care requirements an individual may have.
